Anders Åslund is one of the most renowned experts in the world on the economic policies of Russia, Ukraine and East Europe. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and previously had similar positions at, among other institutions, the Peterson Institute for International Economics and the Carnegie Endowment for International Piece. He is the author of several books, including Russia’s Crony Capitalism: The Path from Market Economy to Kleptocracy. He is also the author of the recent study What will be the Impact if Nord Stream 2 is Completed?
